Richard Ross

Richard Ross serves as Chief Financial Officer at SlateRx, bringing 20 years of experience across finance, strategy, operations, and the pharmacy supply chain. In his role, he leads the company’s financial strategy, supporting SlateRx’s continued growth and commitment to delivering greater value for clients.
Prior to joining SlateRx, Rich served as Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Altruix, a private equity-backed specialty pharmacy company. Previously, he held leadership roles at Elevance Health, where he led financial planning and analysis and strategic finance for CarelonRx, the company’s pharmacy division.
Rich began his career in investment banking, focused on mergers and acquisitions and financial institutions coverage, and later held several roles in finance and operations at MetLife.
Rich is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
