Darren is a results-driven and entrepreneurial healthcare executive with more than 25 years of proven success driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across the PBM, digital health, and post-acute care sectors. His background spans Fortune 50 organizations, including Express Scripts and Elevance, private-equity–backed companies, and privately held enterprises, giving him a unique and well-rounded perspective on how to scale commercial functions in diverse environments.
Throughout his career, Darren has built and led high-performing teams through periods of hyper-growth, M&A integration, and new-market development. He brings to SlateRx a blend of commercial leadership, strategic vision, and operational discipline that aligns with the organization’s mission and growth trajectory.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Healthcare from the University of St. Thomas.
